Basic Service Rates
Regular Business Hours Service Labor Rate(min. 1 hour) $75.00
After Hours Service Labor rates $105.00
Please note that after hour service pertains to no heat situations or any call deemed an emergency by our certified
Oil Burner Technicians. Any other service work will be performed during normal business hours. We also do
system updates. Please contact us for an estimate.
Our 10 Point Oil Burner Tune-Up Includes:
- Test and regulate all burner and safety controls
- Clean or replace fuel pump strainer, as necessary
- Change nozzle
- Check and adjust ignition system
- Vacuum furnace / boiler and smoke pipe to chimney
- Check and lubricate motors
- Check and adjust fan belt
- Seal air leaks around combustion chamber
- Adjust heating unit to maximize efficiency
- Perform an efficiency test

If you need Emergency Service Check these items first:.
IF THE OIL BURNER FAILS TO OPERATE:
1. BE SURE THAT THE OIL BURNER SWITCH IS ON.
2.THE THERMOSTAT SHOULD BE SET ABOVE ROOM TEMPERATURE.
3. MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS OIL IN THE TANK.
4. PRESS RE-SET BUTTON ON RELAY ONCE ONLY!
5. CHECK TO SEE IF FLAME COMES ON
6. IF BURNER DOES NOT RUN AT ALL, CHECK FOR
BLOWN FUSE or Circuit Breaker.
IF BURNER STILL FAILS TO OPERATE – OR IF YOU STILL REQUIRE EMERGENCY SERVICE
